Types & Configurations of PTFE Seals

Spring-Energized Cryogenic U-Cup Seals

PTFE seal jacket energized by an internal Elgiloy® or stainless steel V-spring for LNG and liquid oxygen.

Rotary Shaft Cased PTFE Lip Seals

Stainless steel cased seals with hydrodynamic spiral PTFE sealing lip running dry up to 30 m/s.

Multi-V Chevron Packing Sets

Alternating virgin and filled PTFE V-rings with male and female adapters for chemical valve stems.

Back-Up Rings (Spiral & Contoured)

PTFE backup rings preventing rubber O-ring extrusion under high hydraulic pressure cycles.

Rotary Flange Face Seals

Machined PTFE seals with internal energizer spring sealing semiconductor vacuum chambers.
